Idle Battler

Idle Battler is an independent idle battler game developed by a solo developer. The game focuses on forging weapons, battling enemies, and progressing through increasingly difficult encounters while continuously upgrading your equipment and strategy.

This project was created as a passion project by a single developer experimenting with game mechanics, balancing systems, and incremental progression. While the game is relatively simple in visual style, the gameplay focuses on strategic progression and steady upgrades that reward long-term play.

The game features a forge system where players can obtain weapons of varying power levels and rarity. As players progress, enemies become stronger and require better weapons, improved strategy, and stronger builds to defeat. The progression loop is designed around gradually becoming more powerful while overcoming increasingly difficult fights.

Unlike many large studio games, Forge Battler was created entirely as an independent project. The game is actively being updated and improved, with patches, balance adjustments, and gameplay improvements planned for future updates.

This project has also been streamed and demonstrated publicly by the developer during development. Community feedback has been used to help improve gameplay and identify bugs.

To promote transparency and safety, the project is also hosted on GitHub, allowing users to verify the contents of the game and view development progress. This helps confirm that the software is safe and not malicious.

The game does not contain viruses, malware, or hidden software. It has been tested by the developer before release to ensure it runs safely and properly on supported systems.

Forge Battler is currently available for Windows PC. Because the game was designed with lightweight technology, it is capable of running on relatively low-end systems.
